    Well you've asked me for critical feedback so here it is. There was a mixup at the beginning which caused me frustration and time. I don't want to throw shade on Stephen, but he is having trouble with the new software program. He couldn't find any of my records from the diagnostic visit I had done a few weeks prior. That was a three hour visit where I waited in the waiting room, so it was frustrating to me that he could not locate any of those files. Sarah weren't there so he couldn't confer with her about it. Finally, after I told him all the things that were wrong with the vehicle (trying my best to remember everything) he actually found the paperwork that he needed. He then discarded the new paperwork that we had created together without transferring some of the new notes such as issues with a tire and a concern about the brakes. This caused more frustration and delays at the end of my visit when I came to pick up the vehicle and asked about those issues. He had to take my car back into the service bay, causing me to be late for my next appointment. So all in all I would say that there are problems over there that need to be worked out. To Stephen's credit, he owned his mistakes and apologized for them which I very much appreciated because a lot of people would've pretended otherwise. In addition to all of this - my backup camera (which was what I came in to have replaced) is still glitching. I will have to go in once again to have it re-diagnosed.
