THE CADILLAC CT6 VS MERCEDES BENZ S CLASS

Should you be looking to buy a highly impressive and well-recommended vehicle, many options exist on the market. Two of the most commonly chosen names today for those who want a luxury car are the Cadillac CT6 and also the Mercedes Benz S Class. Both are very popular models, but what one tends to win the day when it comes to making a purchase?
Cost and Value
Price matters a great deal to any driver, even those looking to get something luxury. At around the $52,000, the Cadillac CT6 is a huge deal cheaper than the S-Class. The S-Class costs something in the region of $85,000 - quite the saving, wouldn't you agree?
The Cadillac CT6 is also a fair bit more affordable to run. At 22MPG in the city and 30MPG on the highway, it offers 3 and 2MPG better than the S-Class. If you are concerned about cost and want to get a luxury model that you can realistically afford, then this makes a good choice for you to start with.
Value always matters when you buy a car, but what else should you consider taking a look at?
Size
There is not a huge difference in terms of space here. With around a couple of inches on the length and just under an inch on height in favor of the Mercedes, it's hardly earth-shattering stuff. The interior sizes and the like is not exactly a huge difference, either, so avoid making a decision on a luxury car based on just size.
Features
The features are quite similar, too. The tech offering is pretty close, with both cars offering a lot of the usual stuff that you would come to expect from a modern luxury motor. While the Cadillac CT6 suffers from a smaller trunk than the Mercedes, the Coupe and cabriolet models of the Mercedes aren't exactly huge themselves.
The Cadillac CT6 arguably has a more comfortable ride. The engine options on the Cadillac maybe just win out, allowing you to make the use of that whopping price differential to invest in one of the more powerful engines to make up for any perceived weakness of the model.
One thing we would say in favor of the Cadillac, too, is the consistency. We found that it tends to win out on things like the overall space on seating. While the Mercedes can boast dreamlike seats and offer something very comfortable, it could be said that the Cadillac wins on terms of just general spaciousness per passenger.
If you are looking to make a choice on either car, we recommend that you take some time to grasp the importance of value here. While many of the features the Mercedes wins the day on are minor, the sheer amount of money saved in the original purchase should help to make a more informed, credible choice to fruition.
There's a lot to ponder over, but if we had to recommend option we think that the cash savings on the Cadillac CT6 far outweigh any benefits the S-Class has over it.
